The clinic starts at 8 a.m. Your arrival time will be confirmed when your appointment is confirmed. The surgery is $25 per cat for either a spay or neuter.
● This clinic is for owned cats, not cats being rehomed and/or for sale. ● There is a limit of two cats per household. Cats must be secured in carriers.
● The surgery is $25 per cat for either a spay or neuter. Payment is due the morning of surgery at check in. MN SNAP accepts credit cards or cash; checks are not accepted.
● Rabies and PRC vaccinations are also available through MN SNAP. Vaccines can be added for an additional fee for each vaccine. This is not a vaccine only clinic. Vaccines are only offered in addition to spay or neuter surgery.
● To qualify, cat owners must live within the Roseville School District boundaries (ISD 623) and must participate in a federal or state needs-based public assistance program or who earn less than $45,180 (single) or $93,600 (family).
Appointments are required. Walk-ins will not be served. Registration will close when clinic is full. Please note: your appointment is NOT CONFIRMED until a volunteer calls back to process your registration. You will receive a confirmation email from MN SNAP.
