Roseville Council Briefing: City Staff Turnover, Although Still Low, Nearly Doubles in 2011
The Roseville Council received a report on various performance measures.

In 2011, Rosevilleβs staff turnover rate was 6.4 percent, nearly double the percentage of employees who voluntarily left the city in 2010.
This statistic was among the performance measures presented to Rosevilleβs City Council at its Monday meeting.
The city saw an improvement between 2010 and 2011 in the average number of days between a staff position becoming vacant and a candidate being hired. The average number of days fell from 60 to 51 in that time period.
The police force lowered its response time on top-priority calls from 5 minutes, 48 seconds in 2010 to 4 minutes, 35 seconds in 2011.
