Callbacks will be held on Wed, Oct 24 from 6:15-9:00pm at RAMS. You will be invited to callbacks via e-mail by midnight on Tuesday, Oct 23. Callbacks will also be posted on this website.

Youtube auditions are accepted if you are unable to attend auditions. Youtube auditions must be submitted to jsgunz@gmail.com by 5pm on Tuesday, Oct 23.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE AUDITION

1. Arrive at Roseville Area Middle School (RAMS) and enter through the "Theatre" door. Signs will direct you where to go once you're inside.


2. Check-in at the check-in table. If you filled out your form online we will confirm your information, and if you need to fill out a paper form at auditions we will have you do that.


3. Once your info is all squared away, you will audition for the director and music director with a group of other 4-6 people. WHAT TYLER WANTS THEM TO DO.


4. After your singing audition, you will do your dance audition. You will learn a short dance with our choreographer in a group of ten or more people and dance it.


5. All done!

It's that easy! Please note that depending on the time you arrive, there may be a waiting period before your audition process begins. 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR AUDITION

• Complete your audition form ahead of time by filling out the form HERE. This information is used only by the production team for casting purposes.


• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes as you will be dancing and moving around.


• We recommend you pick a song that you feel comfortable with and showcases your skills.

Synopsis of the show:

Winter is everyone's favorite time of year in the village of Everytown- Since as long as anyone can remember, every year on January 32, the magical Gift Tree has given a present to each and every citizen of Everytown. Whatever they asked for, large or small, the Gift Tree gave it to them. Butthis year, there is only ONE present on the tree.  And what's worse, there isn't a name on it!  Who could it be for?  Who decides who gets it?  What could it be?   And most important, what's wrong with the tree?   Committees are assembled, task forces are formed, and the town is galvanized into action while a group of unlikely heroes are travel the world, trying to solve the problem.  With a script by playwright Tyler Olsen, and an original score by composer Eric Barnum, this multi-generational musical is sure to be a wonderful winters' tale for the whole family to enjoy!
