Summer kicks off at Roseville Lutheran Church with the smooth sounds of the RLC Jazz Band on Saturday, June 9 at 7:30 p.m. The program will feature a number of classic big band arrangements from the ‘40s, as well as contemporary big band music. The concert will also feature RLC vocalists including Jeff Bowar, Kathy Clarys, Jeff Johnson, and the band’s leader/piano player, John Helgen. The evening starts at 6 p.m. with a home-cooked spaghetti dinner. This is the carbo-load event for the RLC 5K Run/Walk, which is the next morning. The spaghetti dinner will receive a free-will offering.
