Four Citizens Appointed to Roseville's Standing Commissions
The Roseville Council appointed new members to the Ethics, Parks and Recreation and Planning commissions.

The Roseville City Council appointed four citizens to three-year terms on the cityβs standing advisory commissions during its Monday meeting.
The appointees are: Nancy OβBrien to the Ethics Commission, Nolan Wall to Parks and Recreation and Shannon Cunningham and Gerald Olsen to the Planning Commission.
Council members interviewed six of the eight applicants for the positions at its March 12 meeting. There were no applicants for the Police Civil Services commission, and the council decided to reopen the application process.
Nancy OβBrien is a 26-year resident of Roseville and a retired mental health professional who served for more than 20 years on the Minneapolis VA Medical Centerβs ethics committee.
Nolan Wall is a city planning consultant with experience in park planning and GIS mapping. A 20-year resident of Roseville, he recently bought his first home with his wife near Mapleview Park.
Shannon Cunningham is a public policy specialist for the Minnesota Nurses Association. She has a Masterβs degree in advocacy from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, where she took coursework in city planning.
Gerald Olsen is a new resident of Roseville but lived in St. Paul's Como neighborhood for years and his sons attended Roseville High. He currently works as the vice president for development at the United Theological Seminary.
