When: Friday, Oct. 7 at 6 p.m.
Where:
Why Go: Try your hand at an informal group to practice your language skills. All levels are welcome.
Price: Free




When: Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Where:
Why Go: Join Minnesota's largest video game tournament to help raise funds for the local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
Price: Donations




When: Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Minnesota State Fair Grounds (1755 Dan Patch Avenue, St. paul)
Why Go: Visitors are invited to take a walk on the 1937 Grandstand Ramp and learn the history.
Price: Free




When: Saturday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  
Where:
Why Go: Get your cat‘s or kitten’s nails trimmed and learn cat scratch advice.
Price: Free




When: Sunday, Oct. 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Christ Lutheran Church (105 West University Avenue, St. Paul)
Why Go: Following the worship service there will be African, Asian and American food. Visitors can take tours of the historic 100 year old building and enjoy live music.
