One Roseville School Board Candidate Withdraws From Race

Beth Kolodjski drops out, six candidates remain in race for three positions.

Roseville School Board candidate Beth Kolodjski withdrew from the race Thursday, and issued the following statement.

“I have withdrawn my bid for a seat on the Roseville School Board.  I am very passionate about this election and want what is best for all Roseville students.

"I think it is vitally important to the future of our school district to fill the three available seats with three new board members.  I believe that all the challengers running would be assets to our school board.

Six candidates, including two incumbents, remain in the race, which will be determined in the Nov. 8  general election.  They are School Board Chair Lisa Edstrom who is seeking a second four-year term on the board, and Tom Ring, who is running for a third term.
