Ramsey County Board Approves 2021 Supplemental Budget
Public hearings on the proposed property tax levy and budget were held on September 10 and November 30, 2020.

The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners approved the 2021 supplemental budget of $748,919,298 during their Dec. 15 meeting. The 2021 budget includes a 0% increase to the property tax levy - this was reduced from a 4.5% increase that commissioners initially approved for the two-year budget on December 17, 2019.

On Aug. 25, 2020, County Manager Ryan O'Connor proposed the 2021 supplemental budget to commissioners. The budget that was approved Dec. 15 includes $1.45 million in additions.
