Ramsey County Service Center Navigator Referral Form Now Available

A referral form is now available to request assistance from Service Center Navigators. Help is available with financial assistance, social services, employment assistance and property tax services.

Individuals may refer themselves or be referred by family, friends and agency service providers. Interpreters are available during consultation in Hmong, Karen, Oromo, Somali and Spanish. When a referral is submitted, a Navigator will be in contact within two days.
