Roseville Boys Hockey Hopes To Continue Strong Start

Roseville faces Forest Lake in an early season Suburban East Conference boy's hockey contest.

ON THE LINE
The Raiders have their third straight road game as they travel to Forest Lake, which has its season opener. Roseville finished fifth in the Suburban East Conference, while Forest Lake was sixth last year. The Raiders were 13-11-3 overall and 9-7-2 in conference play, while the Rangers finished 9-13-4 overall and 6-8-4 in conference action.

Jake McCann – Roseville defender
The senior has five points in his first two games this season. He scored two goals in their season-opening win over Superior.

Lucas Kohls – Forest Lake forward
The senior led the Rangers in scoring last season with 39 points and 24 assists. .
RAIDERS WIN IF...
They can continue their strong start after beating two Northern teams in Superior and Duluth Denfeld on the road.

RANGERS WIN IF...
They can get consistent scoring. The Rangers return their top three scorers, who were all juniors last season.
