Roseville Council News: Strategic Plans for 2014-17

Here is a round-up of some items that came up at this week's Roseville Council meeting:

• The council received a presentation about conducting a biannual citizen survey.
• City departments—administration, community development, finance, fire, parks and recreation, police and public works—presented their strategic plans for 2014-17 to the council.
• The council approved a maintenance agreement for stormwater facilities for the fire station project with the Rice Creek Watershed District.
