Roseville Cross Country Team Competing at Griak Invitational
Big high school meet scheduled Saturday at U of Minnesota.

The Roseville High School boys cross country team will compete at the 26th annual Roy Griak Invitational at the University of Minnesota’s Les Bolstad Golf Course on Saturday in St. Paul.
The Griak, one of the state’s most recognizable cross country events, will host high school and collegiate teams throughout the day. Roseville will compete in the high school gold division, with the boys race beginning at 2 p.m.
I would like to think that we are well prepared for this weekend's meet.," said Brian Bailey, Roseville's cross country coach."We have had two great weeks of practice and are coming off a good meet last week at the Metro Invite.
"The meet has such a great atmosphere and terrific competition that it is something that the runners really work hard to be a part of," Bailey added. "The course is also challenging, so it can be overwhelming and the key to having success is to manage your emotions and to work together as a team. It will be a fun meet and I am looking forward to how the team will perform."
