Roseville Girls Lacrosse Team Falls to Minnehaha Academy

The Roseville High School girls lacrosse team fell in its section quarterfinal match  Friday afternoon, losing to Minnehaha Academy by a single goal in the waning seconds of the contest.   

Roseville lead at the half 4-3.   Then, Minnehaha came out strong in the second half and scored three quick goals to take the lead 6-3. 

In the second half, both teams would take turns scoring.  The Raiders were able to fight back and tie the game at 9-9 late in the second half. 

But Minnehaha maintained position and scored the game winning goal with only 15 seconds left on the clock.
