Roseville License Center Temporarily Closed
Roseville's Passport Office will not be affected by the transition and will remain open by appointment.

License centers across Minnesota will close Tuesday, November 10 at 3:00 p.m. and reopen on Monday, November 16 to facilitate a migration to MNDRIVE, the state's new Driver’s License and Vehicle Registrations system.
