The Roseville City Council is seeking applicants for a vacancy on the Police Civil Service Commission. Commissions serve as a voluntary advisory board to the City Council. The application deadline is Monday, April 5.

The Police Civil Service Commission reviews employment practices of the Police Department to ensure they are fair and reasonable as authorized by state statute. The commission monitors and makes decisions concerning employment practices rather than advocating for either police personnel or management. The commission meets on an as needed basis.
