Roseville is included in a flash flood warning through 3:30 a.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service issued the warning at 9:46 p.m. Sunday:
AT 939 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL RATES ARE RANGING FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THROUGH 6 AM MONDAY COULD EXCEED 2 INCHES IN SOME AREAS.

Roseville remains under a severe thunderstorm watch through 1 a.m. Monday. The National Weather Service has also issued a flood watch for areas along the Mississippi River, including Fridley.
