What Sold for $237,000 in Roseville-April 29 Report

Home prcies in the Twin Cities rose for the 13th consecutive month in March with the Roseville housing market following suit. 

In March, Roseville had a median sales price of $176,250, up 5.5 percent from $167,000 for the same sales period a year ago, according to the latest data from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.
