Xcel Energy began tearing up Roseville's streets on Monday as part of a four-year project to install underground gas lines from Roseville to St. Paul, according to a Pioneer Press article by Frederick Melo.
From the Pioneer Press article:
Xcel officials said the northernmost point of the work will be near the intersection of County Road B and Rice Street in Roseville. The pipeline extends south and west into St. Paul, branching out from the intersection of Pleasant Avenue and St. Albans Street to two southern end points: near the intersections of Randolph and James avenues, and Montreal Avenue and Elway Street.
