2 Workers Presumed Dead After Trench Collapses In St. Paul: Reports

ST. PAUL, MN — Two construction workers are presumed dead after a trench collapsed at a construction site in St. Paul Friday, according to multiple reports.

The incident happened at the 700 block of Mount Curve Boulevard in the Highland Park neighborhood, FOX 9 reported.

"Based on the size of boulders and type of soil, it’s believed that the two individuals would have perished," Deputy Fire Chief Roy Mokosso told the Pioneer Press.
