Bicyclist Killed In Light-Rail Crash
Police are investigating the crash, which occurred on the Green Line in St. Paul.
ST. PAUL, MN — A bicyclist was killed Wednesday in a crash with a light-rail train in St. Paul, according to authorities.
The incident involved a westbound Metro Green Line train and occurred about 10:30 a.m. at the Raymond Avenue station, according to Metro Transit Senior Communications Specialist Laura Baenen.
"Investigators are still working to learn what led to this accident," Baenen said in an email.

Trains were routed on another track until service was restored and Metro Transit police are investigating, according to Baenen. The victim will be identified by the Ramsey County medical examiner, Baenen said.
