Car Collides With Light-Rail In Saint Paul, 3 Injured

Three people were injured in a light-rail-car crash Saturday in Saint Paul.

SAINT PAUL, MN — Three people were injured in a light rail-car crash Saturday. At 9 p.m. an LRT train collided with a vehicle at University and Highway 280. Crews extricated the driver.

Metro Transit had buses replace Green Line trains between Stadium Village and Raymond Avenue. By 11:20 p.m., Green Line trains began serving all stations again.
