A dog was found scared and cold after her owner was involved in a crash on Interstate 94 Friday. The owner's car collided with a semi on the freeway near Rothsay, Minnesota. No injuries were reported in the crash and the dog, "Roo," is doing fine, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.Motorists across the state should prepare for messy travel this weekend. A winter storm warning is in effect from noon Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday.Remember to slow down and move over when you see an emergency vehicle stopped on the side of the road.
