The 25-year-old was convicted Friday in the case that stems back to 2016.

SAINT PAUL, MN — A jury found a former Hamline football player guilty of raping another student in the early morning hours of May 15, 2016. Pierce Heston, 25, was convicted Friday of first and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to the Pioneer Press, the woman — a freshman at the time — claimed Heston forced her to do oral sex before he vaginally raped her in her own dorm room.
The two had just come back from a party. The woman said Heston assaulted her after she rejected his attempts to kiss her.
