Father, Son Co-Author New Book That Helps Get Families Talking

The unique devotional, written by a Minnesota Connections Academy freshman and his dad, offer clever questions and conversation starters.

Just in time for the gift-giving season, Tony Myles and his son, Daniel Myles, have co-authored the new book, "If . . . What If?: Quirky Questions & Daily Devotions to Feed Your Family & Your Faith."

Filled with clever questions and conversation starters, the book creates meaningful talking moments for families, be it around the dinner table, in the car, or even as part of a night time routine. The idea started back when Daniel was around 11 years old and began asking his parents interesting, faith-based questions at dinner. Mom and dad quickly realized there was something special to the questions and started writing them down in a notebook.

That notebook grew, new ideas came to be, more was written, a publisher was found, and now, Daniel (age 15) and his dad share the author title. Published by B&H Publishing, the book is available through Barnes&Noble, Amazon, Target, and other retailers.

While dad, Tony, is a previously published author, this is the first book for the father/son duo. Tony is also a Pastor at Riverside Church in Big Lake, Minn., an adjunct professor at Crown College, a public speaker and writer.

Be sure to tune in to 98.5 KTIS radio the week before Christmas when the station will do a book giveaway every day on its morning show and air its interview with Tony and Daniel. Book signings will take place after the New Year. Link to book on Amazon: http://tiny.cc/Myles
