'March For Our Lives' Minnesota: Anti-Gun Violence Rally March 24

The Minnesota chapter of "Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America​" is organizing a rally on the grounds of the Minnesota State Capitol.

SAINT PAUL, MN — Anti-gun violence advocates are demanding public policy changes after 17 people were shot dead at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The Minnesota chapter of "Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America" is organizing a rally on the grounds of the Minnesota State Capitol to be held March 24.

"We’ve had enough. Thoughts and prayers are not enough to honor the victims of gun violence. What we need now is action," the group states. "Join us in the March For Our Lives, as we fight for an America that is free from gun violence."

The rally will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
