National Summer Learning Day Message Applies All Summer!
Minnesota Connections Academy understands that learning can happen anywhere—from a national park to your own backyard. See link to tips!

Did you know June 12 was National Summer Learning Day (NSLD)? Minnesota Connections Academy, a K-12, tuition-free online public school, invited enrolled families to share photos of their students learning something new this summer.
One enrolled MNCA family is spending time this summer in Arizona; and learning about some popular destinations along the way. The family has already visited the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, just to name a few spots. They have also traveled along Historic Route 66. Pictured, Minnesota Connections Academy students Landen (age 10) and JJ (age 7), along with Rachel (age 5) on their adventure. NSLD is an advocacy day aimed at elevating the importance of keeping kids learning, safe and healthy every summer, ensuring that they return to school in the fall ready to succeed. Learning can happen anywhere after all—from a national park to your own backyard. Visit https://www.summerlearning.org/summer-learning-day/ for some tips on summer digital adventures.
Minnesota Connections Academy is currently enrolling for the 2018-19 school year. For information on the tuition-free, online public school program and upcoming information sessions, visit www.connectionsacademy.com/mncaevents.
