Officer, Suspect Injured In Shooting Near Busy Intersection: Police

A St. Paul police officer and a suspect were both injured in a shooting Thursday afternoon.

ST. PAUL, MN — A St. Paul police officer and a suspect were both injured in a shooting near a busy intersection Thursday afternoon, authorities said.

The shooting happened just after 2 p.m. close to Cretin Avenue North and Marshall Avenue. No information about their conditions was immediately available.

The St. Paul Police Department is expected to release more information Thursday night.
