Overturned Truck Blocks Interstate 94

SAINT PAUL, MN — An overturned truck blocked traffic Thursday afternoon between Highway 52 and the 7th Street exit on westbound Interstate 94. Crews were on the scene working to clear the lanes, and the truck was removed about an hour later.
