Peeper Took 80 Videos Of Men Using MN State Fair Bathrooms: Report
The man was caught recording video on his phone through a peephole inside a bathroom stall, according to KARE 11.
FALCON HEIGHTS, MN — A Minneapolis man filmed at least 80 videos of men using the facilities through a hole in a restroom stall at the Minnesota State Fair, according to KARE 11.
Michael Kurtis Neu, 33, is charged with interference with privacy and nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, both misdemeanors, after he made the recordings last summer at the fair’s Horticulture Building, KARE 11 reported Wednesday.
Neu was caught recording video in the stall with his phone, and admitted to taking similar video in 2019, as well as to selling videos to a friend, according to KARE 11, which reported that, if convicted, he could face up to a year in jail.

A similar peephole was found in 2004 in the restrooms by the fair’s Kidway area, but KARE 11 was unable to confirm if an offender was caught in connection with that discovery. Fair and law enforcement officials did not respond to questions from KARE 11.
