SAINT PAUL, MN — Due to the police activity, trains are not running between the Green Line's Hamline Avenue and Western Avenue stations in Saint Paul. Train service is not expected to be restored in this area until later this evening, transit officials say. Until train service is restored, Route 16 and some replacement bus service will be available, according to a news release. Service continues as normal at all other Green Line stations.
