The Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) says a dashcam video released Wednesday shows a driver that was so intoxicated he fell out of his semi. The driver was on Highway 10 in Morrison County, Minnesota when he was pulled over after swerving off the road, nearly taking out road signs. The driver of the Walmart semi was so intoxicated that he fell to the ground when stepping out of the semi and could not stand back up for several minutes, video appears to show.
