Video Released From St. Paul House Explosion
The home was leveled by the explosion Friday morning.
On 11/23/2018 at approximately 0834 hours, Saint Paul Firefighters were dispatched to an explosion on the 600 block of Payne Avenue in Saint Paul. SAINT PAUL, MN β One person was injured and at least eight others were displaced following a home explosion in St. Paul Friday morning. The St. Paul Fire Department said crews were dispatched to 600 block of Payne Avenue around 8:35 a.m.
The home was leveled by the explosion. A gas leak could be the cause, authorities said, but the blast is under investigation.
Crews shut off gas and electricity for the entire block after the explosion.

Officials told the Star Tribune one man was found conscious at the scene and was hospitalized. He remained in critical condition Friday night.
