What's Open, Closed For Thanksgiving Weekend In Saint Paul
Check out which retailers, restaurants, and government services will be open and closed in Saint Paul over Thanksgiving weekend.
SAINT PAUL, MN — Saint Paul city government offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23 and Nov. 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. City offices will resume regular business hours on Monday, Nov. 27.
The closures do not affect Saint Paul police and fire emergency services.

Here's a look at which institutions, businesses, and restaurants will be available on Thanksgiving and Black Friday this year:
Schools: Saint Paul public schools are closed Nov. 23 through Nov. 24

Saint Paul Public Library: All branches will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving and most open for regular hours on Friday.
Postal Service: Post offices will be closed for Thanksgiving but open on Black Friday. Mail pickup and delivery are on normal schedules Friday.
Recycling Collection: Your collection day will be delayed one day if it falls on Thanksgiving Day
Banks: Most banks will be closed for Thanksgiving, but the majority of banks — such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citibank — will be open on Black Friday.
Metro Transit: Metro Transit buses and the METRO Blue and Green lines will follow Sunday/Holiday schedules on Thanksgiving Day. The METRO Red Line will follow weekend/Holiday schedules that day.
Northstar trains do not operate on Thanksgiving Day. The Transit Information Center, Metro Transit Service Centers, Customer Relations and Lost & Found are closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Reduced service on the day after Thanksgiving
Due to decreased demand on the day after Thanksgiving, Metro Transit and regional transit providers will reduce service on Friday, Nov. 25. Saturday fares will be charged (except where noted). Northstar will follow a reduced schedule on Nov. 25.
