• Hit and run property damage reported on the 400 block of East 1^st Avenue.

October 19

• Criminal damage to property reported on Dublin Court.
• A 40-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for domestic assault on the 1600 block of East 17^th Avenue.
• Theft of sign reported on the 1600 block of West 6^th Avenue.
• Two female juveniles from Rochester were cited for underage consumption on Valleyfair Drive.
• A 20-year-old Wisconsin woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a Minnesota driver’s license.
• A 16-year-old Lake Elmo juvenile was cited for underage consumption.

October 20

• A 21-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and fleeing police.
• A 22-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for fourth degree DUI, third degree test refusal, speeding, and no proof of insurance on East 12^th Avenue.
• Burglary reported on the 800 block of Basenji Curve.
• Theft from vehicle reported on the 600 block of Westchester Avenue.
• A 30-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault and fleeing police.
• A DWI was reported on the 2300 block of Eagle Creek Boulevard.
• Criminal damage to property reported on the 600 block of Gorman Street.

October 21

• A 24-year-old was arrested for fourth degree DWI, driving with a suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
• A 26-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for first degree burglary and second degree assault. A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for first degree burglary and second degree assault. The arrest occurred on the 5000 block of Tinta Lane.
• Theft reported on the 8000 block of North Old Carriage Court.
• Motor vehicle tampering reported on West 5^th Avenue.

October 22

• A 28-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault and interference with 911 on the 2100 block of Quail Court.
