Police say the victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and investigators are still working to identify everyone involved in the incident.
• Shakopee inmates vote for book award decided only by incarcerated readers (cbsnews.com) — Incarcerated women at the Shakopee prison are helping choose a national book award winner through the Inside Literary Prize, the first major U.S. prize judged only by incarcerated readers. Freedom Reads is also installing eight 500-book library units inside the facility, giving local inmates more access to contemporary literature and a stronger voice in the broader cultural conversation.
