• 2026 Fall Seminar (mn.gov) — Shakopee will host a full-day Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Fall Seminar on Oct. 14 at Canterbury Downs, offering seven continuing education credits for building officials and plumbing license holders. Attendees will learn about major changes to the Minnesota State Building Code, commercial plumbing inspection issues, and updated radon provisions, with lunch and refreshments included in the $125 registration fee.
