The Miss Minnesota Valley Royalty will have a meat raffle fund-raiser from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Eagles Club, 220 Second Ave. W. in Shakopee. All proceeds will go to royalty college scholarships.
