Food Trucks, Indian Horse Relay: This Weekend at Canterbury Park
Admission is free through Saturday at Canterbury Park in Shakopee.
Canterbury Park will finish it's 2013 live racing season on Saturday with a Food Truck Festival and Indian Horse Relay.
The Food Truck Festival is the Shakopee park's third this season and will feature popular Twin Cities' food trucks. A sample of the participating food trucks, includes:

- Eli's Donut Burger - Cheeseburger on a Glazed Donut
- Midnord Empanadas - Sweet & Spicy Spanish Empanadas
- Motley Crews - Philly Cheese Steak, Burgers and other grilled favorites
- World Street Kitchen - Variety of World Steet Eats

From Sept. 12 through Sept. 14, watch Canterbury Park's first Indian Horse Relay, co-hosted by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
