Canterbury Park's Live Racing Dates Could Be Approved Thursday
Canterbury requested its live racing season run from May 18 through Labor Day next year.
The dates for next year’s live horse racing at are expected to be approved Nov. 17, officials said Wednesday.
The 62-day season requested would run May 18 through Labor Day, according to Jeff Maday, Canterbury’s media relations manager.
He said the number of days submitted is typical and that the dates could be approved during the Thursday meeting of the Minnesota Racing Commission in Shakopee.
