City Of Shakopee's Republic Services Announce Changes Due To Coronavirus

March 26, 2020

Beginning Monday, March 30, Republic Services will be making some changes to its service collection to best serve customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Until further notice, Republic will:

1. Collect cart items only. No extra bags will be accepted.
2. Suspend yard waste service. The 2020 season start will be delayed.
3. Suspend bulk item pickup

The changes are necessary to focus on essential services. The city will post an update when the temporary changes are lifted. If you have questions, please contact Republic Services at 952-941-5174.
