Civil War Cemetery Tour

Discover the history of our Civil War veterans on a cemetery walk through Shakopee’s Valley Cemetery.  A Scott County Historical Society guide will lead the tour and tell tales of our Civil War veterans. Fee: $12 ($10 SCHS Members).  Register through Shakopee Community Education at www.shakopee.k12.mn.us.

In recognition of the 150^th anniversary of the American Civil War, the Scott County Historical Society is leading several Civil War cemetery tours.  This tour is the first in that series; look for tours in Jordan and Belle Plaine later this summer.
