October 11

• Theft from yard reported on the 1500 block of East First Avenue.
• Gas drive off reported on the 1000 block of South Canterbury Road.
• A 29-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault and domestic assault by strangulation on the 1000 block of East Shakopee Avenue.
• Theft reported on the 1600 block of West 6^th Avenue.
• Theft reported on the 1300 block of Greenwood  Court.

October 12

• Theft from motor vehicle reported on the 1700 block of Montecito Drive.
• Theft reported on the 1500 block of East 17^th Avenue.
• Keys found on Southbridge Parkway.
• An 18-year-old Shakopee man was cited for theft on the 1500 block of East 17^th Avenue.
• Vandalism to property reported on the 600 block of Gorman Street.
• A 36-year-old Shakopee man was cited for driving after revocation, operating with suspended plates, and arrested for Scott County warrant.
• Vandalism to property reported on the 1700 block of West 13^th Avenue.
• A 16-year-old Lakeville juvenile was cited for underage consumption on Valleyfair Drive.
• In an incident on the 400 block of West 7^th Avenue, a 17-year-old Shakopee juvenile was arrested for domestic assault and underage consumption. Two Shakopee juveniles, aged 16 and 15, were cited for underage consumption.

October 13

• Car-deer accident reported on Eagle Creek Boulevard. There were no injuries reported.
• Theft reported on the 1200 block of South Canterbury Road.
• Conservation violation reported on East County Road 101.
• Bicycle found on the 500 block of Roundhouse Court.
• Vandalism reported on the 6000 block of Cambridge Road.
• Vandalism to property reported on the 1500 block of Windsor Drive.
• Theft of utility trailer reported on the 300 block of East 4^th Avenue.
• Criminal damage to property reported on the 2000 block of Omega Drive.
• Wallet found on the 1600 block of Riverside Drive.
• Fight reported on the 400 block of West 7^th Avenue.
• A 28-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault on the 1600 block of Meadow Place.
• An 18-year-old Pine Island woman was cited for underage consumption.

October 14

• Theft from motor vehicle reported on the 700 block of Garden Lane.
• Criminal damage to property reported on the 1500 block of East 1^st Avenue.
• Gas drive off reported on the 1100 block of South Canterbury Road.

October 15

• Theft of gasoline reported on the 3900 block of Eagle Creek Boulevard.

• A 36-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault  on the 1400 block of West 3^rd Avenue.
• Criminal damage to property reported on the 2000 block of West 13^th Avenue.
• A 25-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for fifth degree domestic assault on the 500 block of Appaloosa Avenue.
• Robbery reported on the 1300 block of East Shakopee Avenue.

October 16

• Prowlers reported on the 1300 block of Eagle Creek Boulevard.
• Theft reported on the 1500 block of East Vierling Drive.
• Vandalism to property reported on the 100 block of South Holmes Street.
• Bicycles found on the 100 block of South Holmes Street.
• Criminal damage to property reported on the 2000 block of West 13^thAvenue.
• A 49-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for second degree test refusal, third degree DWI, and open bottle on County Road 18.
• Theft of gasoline reported on the 8000 block of North Old Carriage Court.
• Theft of gasoline reported on the 1100 block of East 1^st Avenue.
• A 35-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on Gorman Street for fifth degree domestic assault (fear), obstructing the leagal process with force and disorderly conduct.

October 17

• Road rage reported on East County Road 101.
• Theft reported on the 1100 block of Shakopee Town Square.
• A 14-year-old Shakopee juvenile was cited for shoplifting.
• Vandalism to property reported on the 1200 block of South Heritage Drive.
• A 22-year-old Victoria woman as cited for shoplifting on the 1100 block of East Vierling Drive.
• A 16-year-old Shakopee juvenile was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
