Make a differance....become a hospice volunteer!

Grace Hospice has been developed through a partnership with Augustana Care and Mount Olivet Church. These organizations have a long history of quality care, have rich blessings of volunteers, and provide service to those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need.

Fostering peace and grace, we emotionally and spiritually support the patient and their loved ones. We as an interdisciplinary team encircle them, offering comfort, honesty and respect for their decisions.

We are currently seeking individuals for companion, vigil or 11th hour volunteers to provide 1:1 companionship to our patients. You may read, share memories, take walks or just be a presence to a patient and their loved ones during this final season. We meet out patients where ever they call home, skilled nursing, private home or assisted living. Grace Hospice believes volunteers are an essential part of the hospice journey and bring those special extras to our patients and their loved ones.
