More than 125 full- and part-time jobs are available with the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community and its Gaming Enterprise – Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino. The SMSC employment department is hosting a job fair for interested candidates on Monday, January 27, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Dakota Development Complex (2680 154th Street NW in Prior Lake).
Jobs are available in the food and beverage, hotel housekeeping, and janitorial departments. Representatives from the employment department and hiring managers from the SMSC’s enterprises will be available to conduct interviews on-site with selected applicants.
The SMSC Gaming Enterprise received a “Best Places to Work” award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2012 and 2013 and a “Top 100 Workplaces” award from the Minneapolis Star Tribune in 2013. Employee benefits go above and beyond the standard benefits package.
