National Senior Health & Fitness Day

Celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day at the YMCA! Everyone 55+ is welcome to enjoy the Y all day, Wednesday May 28 – we have great classes, special events, healthy snacks, and more planned throughout the day.

The Y is open 5 AM – 10 PM; most activities are scheduled 9 AM – 1 PM. Spend the day at the Y!
