Opus wants to plat a 42-acre industrial lot, a 45.6-acre industrial lot, two outlots and two streets, Innovation Boulevard and Innovation Drive. The existing building is located at 6021 Broadband Boulevard,  The plat would be called Valley Park Business Center First Addition in order not to confuse the site with future additions. The Planning Commission unanimously signed off on the preliminary plat Thursday. The City Council will review the proposal Tuesday.
