The chilly weather did not stop many families from attending the Shakopee Fire Department Open House on Saturday.

The open house was an opportunity to meet Shakopee firefighters, ride a fire truck, learn about fire safety and more.

It took place on Sat., Oct. 6 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Fire Station 2.
