Store employees said the suspected dognapper was a white man, wearing a dark coat and a grey/black knitted hat. After taking the dog, he was seen getting into a dark blue Volkswagen Passat with the license plate number 768-BDA.

Not only were employees able to get the license plate number of the car, the store also provided surveillance video of the incident to police. The suspect reportedly left with dog after he was left to play with the dog in a puppy room. The surveillance video of the incident can be seen in the video box above.
