Prior Lake man hits $195,000 jackpot at Little Six Casino

Thursday at 8 p.m., Prior Lake resident Mel Schnackenberg won $195,230 at Little Six Casino, the fifth-largest win in the casino’s history.  He won on a two-cent Hot Shots progressive slot machine. 

“We are thrilled for Mr. Schnackenberg and excited to have such a big local winner,” said Don Damond, General Manager of Little Six Casino.

Little Six Casino is owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) in Prior Lake, Minnesota.  The SMSC has 4,200 employees, making it the largest employer in Scott County.  The SMSC Gaming Enterprise, including Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino, also received a 2013 “Best Places to Work” award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.  Visit www.littlesixcasino.com for more information.
