Shakopee Chamber’s 7th Annual Pumpkins in the Park Event

The Shakopee Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its 7th annual Pumpkins in the Park Halloween event will be held on Saturday, October 12 at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Shakopee. The public is invited to attend this event. Additional volunteers are still needed for this event.

Pumpkins in the Park is a family friendly, non-scary Halloween celebration for children ages 10 and under. We are expecting approximately 800 children this year, along with their parents. This year, each child will enjoy the Trick or Treat Trail, face painting, inflatable jumpies, fun photos, ghoulish games, refreshments and also get to choose their very own pumpkin from a Pick-A-Pumpkin patch.  But, the fun doesn’t stop there!  Children will also have a chance to meet Snoopy and his peanuts gang, Officer McGruff the crime dog and his gang of Police Explorers and much more.
